Team Personnel Solutions is a firm advocate of transparency and honesty. We strive to demonstrate each year that we maintain quality throughout the company and in our service delivery. In order to maintain quality we conduct regular audits of our services by senior managers and external agencies such as local authorities, the NHS and the Care Quality Commission. In addition, we conduct regular satisfaction surveys in order to gain feedback from clients and/or their representatives, families, professionals and staff. These surveys are used to inform decision making bodies throughout TPS and we take feedback, both good and bad, very seriously.
